HERMAN OLIVER is proud to be one of the Dineh (The People in Navajo). He was born in Cortez, Colorado in the Four Corners area. His family clans, Edgewater and Biter Water are from the Aneth, Utah area about 50 miles from Cortez.
Herman’s artwork is a most detailed two-tone etching with additional colors applied during the etching process. He includes Earth and Life elements in his designs such as the four seasons, rianbows, animals, night and daytime and great eagle feathers and red tail hawk feathers.
Each piece is free hand etched and painted.
